Buildings in Rome

The following are the buildings that our students voted as the most representative of the city of Rome. As they are well known all over the world, we didn't put so many photos on the page:  just  type their names (which we wrote in Italian) on the browser, and you will find any information you need to make your model (even drawings of the plants).

1 - The Colosseo (Colosseum)

2 - The "Bocca della Verità" (Mouth of Truth)

This is more a monument than a building. It lies on the wall of the front porch of the Church of Santa Maria in Cosemdin and became famous thanks to the movie "Roman holidays" with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn.

3 - The "Fontana di Trevi" (Trevi Fountain)

As the previous one, this is also a monument but installed on the facade of a building. The fountain is well known all over the world due to the famous scene of Anita Ekberg bath in the movie "La dolce vita" (Sweet life) by Fellini.

4 - The "Basilica di San Pietro" (Vatican Church)

The world most known "Basilica di San Pietro" erected after a project of Michelangelo. It is the core of the Vatican and home for the Pope.

5 - The "Vittoriano"

It's the monument that celebrates the greatness of our Country and hosts the tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
